Hi, I'm a newbie here, but don't let that put you off ! Got my XB modded with a Xenium ICE3, got EVOX working fine on there with my backup disks, but now want to try doing my own backups... Patched into my XB using Crossover, changed the IP settings on both my laptop and XB to be on same subnet etc, but still can't get the PC to see or connect to the console... What am I doing wrong? Any advice appreciated. Cheers, Jim
Jimmy, can you ping the xbox? You need to set the static IP on the xbox then restart it with the crossover pluged in to your pc. Make sure you are using the correct subnet. I would recommend using flashfxp. That is what I use.
