I have a philips DVD-RW/CD-RW combo installed (using windows XP)...the problem is when I instal a program and start it, it says no recordable devices found on this computer..I dont know whats wrong?? can anyone help me? (I've tried prassi primo DVD, Nero 5.5.9.9, and Record Now Max) all 3 come back with the same problem...are my setting wrong or something??? someone please help...this is so fustrating...any advice would be appreciated!!! thx...
