Of course all of my Pioneer drives have a "hacked" or "improved" f/w. :D
I'll add this too. There are a lot of people that use the
DVD -R format (ZoSo included) so as not to worry about that mess. On the other hand the
DVD-R format is normally cheaper than the
DVD+R format in bulk (online that is). So if you're gonna use the
DVD-R format there's NO worry.
