I'm having the same problem not working for me either, tried copying the whole chickHEN folder, just the PHAT ones everything still just freezes and restarts like yours.

I recently installed the cfw here but accidentally browsed into photos while the chickHEN folder was still on my memory stick and my psp automatically shut down after freezing for a bit. I ran the cfw installation, but didn't do the chickHEN display, but everything seems to work. I can play Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Dissidia, but not Gundam vs. Gundam(Japanese). I should be fine right?

I did all this and my version is now 5.00 M33-6, but when I try to load a game, iso type.. it keeps saying "game could not be started"... why is that?
