Authoring unauthored DVDs

I've been using DVD Shrink to copy my DVD's with great success. I have a couple of unchaptered DVD's that I'd like to add chapters to but haven't been able to find the right program to do the job. I've downloaded a couple of programs that I thought would work, such as TMPGnc and DVD Santa, but I must be missing something because I don't think they can do what I need. Any suggestions or recommendations would really help.

 

DVD Lab can add chapters to VOB files.
