Need help Activating DVDXCOPY

I purchased a copy of DVDXCOPY from a company called NEVADA SOFTWARE on 08/19/2004. I was informed to buy this now before it sold out. I was in the process of building a brand new computer. I finished the computer and loaded all the software. When I loaded dvdxcopy and tried to register for activation it will not let me. I called the company and they told me to come here for help. This product has never been used. can anyone help me please?
