my daughter has a hp dvd writer its a dvd+/+rw thats external and a dvd +rw/+r internal, i want to created a backup of her favorite movies so her company won't destroy them again. please tell me how do i start. I have the nero installed on my system, im less than a newbie im just helpless right now. tried the info i got off the site but i got and error message that said: dvd shrink encountered an error and can not continue failed to read filed"/" data error (cyclic redundancy check). then later on it said not enough space in the decrypter to copy im really lost!!!
peaches01 hope this helps ya follow the setup instructions in "help" insert dvd into drive (click) open dvd shrink click open disk (disk will analize)until complete 1-2 minutes place blank dvd into 2nd drive and click backup that's it good luck tigger
