my friend just got an xbox with a 100gb hd, and Avalaunch, with emulaters, dvd clone, and a whole bunch of other stuff. i was wondering if i would be able to buy a big hard drive, (100gb) and use norton ghost to copy all of his files....but i didnt know if you have to have any special mod chips, it didnt seem that he did....so can you help me out?
If only it were that easy. if you make an exact copy of his HD you will get his games and saves and all that software, but you will not be able to get to them because you dont have his bios. He almost deffinatly has a mod chip in there somwhere. Mod your box as it is not very difficult, and them copy his HD, that should take care of it.
