Aladin or apple chip with EVOX D5 any good?

    someone is trying to sell me 2 xboxes for cheap.
    1 with an aladin chip & 1 with apple chip
    Both are running evox D5 bios,
    (This is all I know about the chips so far)
    Is the d5 bios any good?
    Will it do most of the things D6 can do?
    & which of the 2 should I choose aladin or apple?
