anyone else had download problems?

I up date a files from AfterDawn a day or two ago with no problem. Try to update a file today and got not a valid win32 app. error. (win xp p sp2)
The download starts as ususl downloads file name with 0 kb.
went to explorer / tools / internet options / security to see if there was something there I could fix, check or un check / nothing has worked.
I can download form other sites, what could it be?
I don't have a clue what I could have done to get cut off. There has to be something else. Please help.

I have had sp2 for a couple of weeks now. had auto update on ws thinking they may have updated me alright lol. Looked into un installing sp2 whew! at all the programs it will make inactive or screw up.
I don't have a clue

I had it in Med. changed it to low.
If i'm cut off from dl @ AfterDawn someone please e-mail me so I wont go crazy looking for a problem.
If I have done something wrong I apologize. This is the best site on the web.
When I buy a program seen here I buy through AfterDawn.

I can not think of a thing that would put me in do-do.
LOL But not the smartest person around. I have to put the guide in my lap and look word for word how to do anything... LOL That is no reason to give up. Any one can learn, even me. Y R great ddp.

try avg6 free version from grisoft.com besides housecall. i use it on my system & about a hundred customers

run both if they don't conflict better to have 2 than none & also run adaware 6 for spyware if you don't have something like that

I have several need to remember to run them every day I guess. So busy chasing hardly have time to have fun.

don't give up yet, do you have a 2nd hd you are not using at moment. if do offline current hd & load windows & try download from afterdawn & see what what happens. might be software corruption, glitch or spyware/virus??

I did have a worm of some kind, House call got it..Ran- spybalster. Adware PC Bug Dr.
PcCillin did their thing... don't have avg yet. You would think some one stole Christmas away form a 3 year old the way I feel right now. LOL pity party here LOL I do have some older HD's around. Figuring out settings and which would work in this MB is another story. Whew!
Had to send new MB back second time now, this is older pc using till I get the new MB back in the post. It replaced this one. LOL Took me a month of Sundays to get this one back online. I can not afford to take it to a shop. Fortunate just to have a part or component. What ever they are called... I put it together programmed it my self. Manuals are real hard for me to understand. Pictures in them are great.
If I knew what the heck that word meant It may be better. LOL Was so grateful
for the guides here. I could not read the guide online and work on project at the same time. LOL I copy and print out to put in my lap or some where close. Great Guides! Maybe you are not supposed to copy the guides. I don't know, I did see any rules about it any where.
It was for personal use only. Well no matter now. dodo is dodo.
Greatful for any and all information, help and guidance.
P.S. is there such a thing as a spell checker that will spell check your post so snobs' wont complain about it?
One more thing. I will not give up, not in my nature. Where there is a will there is a way.

don't worry about snobs about typing they're probably as bad as the rest of us. don't load everything onto 2nd hd just to get it up & running & see if download.

If clean HD it should work just fine.
No stopper on it.
Could do registry edit to take it off this HD maybe... LOL
Only if someone at AfterDawn put a stopper there, there would have to a reason.
I want to know that reason. Do not like not being welcome at home.
I will sys info find out what kind of HD this P4T uses, look around see if I have a extra some where.
