I have a subtitle file (.srt) which:
1) is in format 25 fps
2) starts 4 seconds too early

I want to change it to 23.976 fps and push the offset time by 4 seconds.

I've tried using:
1) subadjust but it won't start (shows a run time error)
2)tried subconvert followed by subtitles fps, doesn't work because .srt doesn't get converted to microdvd.

Any suggestion much appreciated !
