VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION!!!!!! PS2 DVD COPY

#1 16 Nov 2002 @ 17:12
Is there a way to copy a ps2 dvd format game with just a normal cdr burner?

VERY VERY IMPORTANT: The reason i ask is because i was fooling around with NERO Express and i made an iso of DOA2 Hardcore(dvd format) using my dvd-rom...amazingly the iso was only 330 mb!!!! so i tried to burn it onto a cdr and it burned successfully. To my surprize, the cdr i had just burned had 1.3GB!! on it(according to my windows explorer). It had ALL the files too!!!. Sadly i do not have a mod chip in my ps2 to test the game. If someone could try this copy method and tell me if it works i would greatly apreciate it.

I'am thinking about getting a dvd burner. I heard you can copy PS2 games, you just need a mod chip is this correct? Is there an eaiser way to copy PS2 games?
