flashing firmware question

hey all im having a problem hope some 1 can help
im trying to flash my dvd burner instructions say "If your drive is set as secondary master IDE channel - flash 3 w /b [100d500c.bin] then press enter" so i goto dos and type "flash 3 w /b [100d500c.bin]" but all i get is a list of diffrent commands. am i just not typing the flash 3 command out correctly? heres the link for directions if i did not do a good job of describing the instructions http://www.artecusa.com/download/firmware/FlashingInstructionV2.10.pdf thanks

i solved it the write and bin file needed to be seperated
