Help with foobar2000 please

    I'm using this tool to update some ID3 tags however when I specify an album title of over 30 characters then it gets truncated when I view the info in Windows Explorer or in iTunes. Any ideas why ?

    I think I may have answered my own question. Maybe someone can confirm ? Seems like my MP3s are using ID3v1 which has a 30 char limit for album name. Am I stuck with this, or can I convert them to use ID3v2 ?

    Bump. So is there an easy way to convert ID3v1 to ID3v2 ?
