JVC DR-M10 DVD Recorder

    Please can anyone tell me how to stop my JVC DVD recording keep cominh up with the loading message all the time? I've tried unplugging it from the mains for a long time and that cures it for all of 2 minutes, when it starts up I get green lines across the screen and then the loading message.

    Please, please can someone help!!!!

    The deck needs a factory upgrade, I sent mine to the service center in Woburn, MA, they fixed it right up, hasn't happened again.
