trace error

    guys iam tearing my hair out,i use dvdsanta to encode avi and divx films,first time i tried iconverted divx using santa followed by burn with santa.onto dvd+.everything ok.problem stanalone dvd wont play dvd+.
    so everything repeated using dvd-.
    error message partway through burn as follows.
    (trace error KEY,ASC,ASCQ,ASCLEN,=3,72,1,a.

    plese help.

    I'm getting the same error code. I created an avi file and then when I start to burn the dvd i get the error message. I burned the same avi file to a dvd+rw 4.7 gb, 1x/2.4x speed disk and it worked fine, but when I try to burn to a dvd+r 4.7 gb that says it is up to 4x write speed. Is it the dvd or the dvdsanta program? HELP!!
