I bought DVD X-copy off the internet, I installed it and the program seems to open okay. I am using a new Qosmio P4, 1.8 Toshiba. After opening the program, I try to use the Simple copy tool, not the advanced and it stated it cannot detect my drive. I went into the programs settings, and it lists the drive to my computer. I have an 8X Toshiba DVD Burner. The window that pops up is within the software and not the computer stating this. I am attempting to use the advanced feature, which lets you use compression, but the software did not come with detailed Instructions, so I am not sure what I am doing with anything on the advanced tab, hence the reason why I would like to use the simple copy tool on the software. Could someone please help. I went to the DVDXCOPY website, registered but it only lets you download the software again. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks LeRoy
