Cue File w/ Nero problem

I burned a (.wav) Liveset in Nero with an accurate Cue file today. The problem is that the times at which the songs start on the CD do not correspond to those given in the cue file.

I wasted 2 CDs so far, and can't figure this out for the life of me.

The Cue file looks like this;

FILE "Chicane - Live @ Palladium (01-22-00).wav" WAVE
TRACK 01 AUDIO
TITLE "Intro / Nagasaki - Badger"
INDEX 01 00:00:00
TRACK 02 AUDIO
TITLE "Chicane - Halcyon"
INDEX 01 01:00:23
TRACK 03 AUDIO
TITLE "Chicane - Saltwater (Tomski vs. Disco Citizens Remix)"
INDEX 01 10:54:40
TRACK 04 AUDIO
TITLE "Chicane - Don't Give Up (Tomski vs. Disco Citizens Instrumental)"
INDEX 01 21:59:26
TRACK 05 AUDIO
TITLE "Chicane - Offshore (Original/Disco Citizens Remix)"
INDEX 01 32:53:11
TRACK 06 AUDIO
TITLE "Chicane - Maharvey"
INDEX 01 43:04:64
TRACK 07 AUDIO
TITLE "Chicane - Saltwater (Original)"

and it loaded and copied fine, exept for the afore mentioned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
