dvd shrinker

    Anyone help been using this program for a couple of weeks and suddenly while trying to backup a dvd i got the message

    dvd shrinker encounted an error and cannot continue copy protection error. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

    Any one any ideas cos it works with dvd decrypter fine but its oviously too big for a standard dvd therefore i need to shrink it ????????????

    rip it with decrypter and then choose open files button in shrink to open it
