noob DVD shrink 3.2 questions

I went through the process of using a decrypter, then analized the files, etc. How do I now, "make" the new files with the compression/changes I did?

i'm new too, but i burned a dvd yesterday and it came out perfectly using decryptor and shrink. there is a guide to follow, it's a no-brainer.
