I am new to the xbox seen. I have only got a ps2 but just got an xbox for halo 2. Just wanted a clear outling on what my options are in terms of modding it. Do i need a modchip, if so, any one specific? What about the use of a hard drive like hd loader on the ps2? I also say an led add on? any ideas what this? I just want to know what the best thing to do is. thanks in advance
Get a (preferably 4th generation) modchip. Once you will need to install software on your Xbox such as a dashboard to launch games and media player to play movies. The Xbox HD can be swapped fairly easily and can be used to store games. Start by reading www.xbox-scene.com/tutorials.php. They've got everything covered.
