I am having difficulty with burning TV programs that I have edited. The program begins to make movie and then tells me that there is a problem with the format. I have gotten no help from HP and Intervideo won't support the program because it was bundled. I have tried different disks and different burners. It has worked a few times but most times not. I just don't get it.
I think I got the answer. Turn off the screen saver! I could not believe it could be something so simple, but so far it is working.
