dvd xcopy will not read blank dvd-r

    I have tried many different disks but dvd xcopy will not read any blank disks. It ripps and then the message advises to insert blank dvd and I do but the start button never highlights for me to burn.

    Make sure:

    1) Your burner's firmware is up to date.

    2) make sure your burner supports burning -R media. Are you using a +R(RW) drive?
