TMPGenc Help please

    I have TMPGEnc and when i try to burn the movie I saved to my comp from dvd it doesn't let me. The movie is "A christmas Story". Its about 90 minutes but when i go to encode the file it says 162.21 percent of the original dvd size. It says that the movie is 392 minutes and 32 seconds even though its only about 90 minutes. What am I doing wrong? Any Help is really appreciated.
