Region Codes

    I'm new and have a question. What is the best method
    to take a region 2 DVD and copy it as a region 1?
    I have checked the guides and really haven't seen anything relevant.
    I currently have DVD X-Copy Platinum and a new
    Pioneer DVR-A08XL series burner.
    Please help!
