i try to burn a dvd using DVD Shrink and it says Copy protection error the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error... can any one tell me how i can get around this problem... ty so much
Try this, it sometimes helps. Start playing the dvd with your player software for a few seconds. Then stop the playback and open Shrink and try it again. You sometimes need to unlock the drive by playing the dvd a little. This usually helps. If not then the problem is somewhere else. Jerry
