While runnung dvd shrink/dvd decrypter/any dvd I have never had any problems until now all of the sudden while the movie is encodeing the system shuts down I get the error that says that say the error is in my c:\docume~1\****\locals~1\temp\WERaa55.dir00 can any one help me and tell me how to fix this
Have you tried deleting this file? Adder. P.S. Why are you running Any DVD with Shrink and Decrypter?? They don't need it.
