just downloaded trial version to check out the product
When I open "start smart" the dvdrw drive opens automatically, i put a blank dvdrw disc in, select dvd video option in nero, and the program freezes.
The drive seems like it isn't recognizing the disc, it just keeps spinning and blinking.
Now, if I eject the disc, nero snaps out of it and the window opens showing the disc folder and video ts file etc...
Now, i go through the whole process and get to the burn window and it asks me to put in a blank disc, which I do, and the drive just spits it back at me...nero sits there doing nothing while the "time elapsed" keeps ticking, and if i put the disc back in, it keeps spitting it out, not telling me why.
Now if I close nero, the drive works normally,
its like nero is having trouble communicating with the drive
PLease Help! IM checking out nero because I am so fed up with other burning programs im almost sick
    now this!
