DVD Cloner II problem burning

    I just got a new Dell system with a Philips DVDRW 9 dvd burner installed. I purchased DVD Cloner II and have installed it but it does not seem to recognize the dvd burner. Anyone have any suggestions?

    You try contacting them? DVD Cloner II, I believe they did have a page with compatible burners. perhaps yours isn't supported.
