problems with reading

    I just purchased DVD X copy platinum v4.0.38 with ripper two weeks ago from dvdxcopy-international.com. I have been able to copy several movies. however, the program does not read 'The day after tomorrow' and 'Master and commander: the far side of the world'. Could anybody tell me how to solve the problem?
