Okay, I thought I had this problem solved but I guess not. Here is my issue: I am using DVD Shrink 3.1. I have a Plextor PX-712a dvd burner, a Seagate 200gb HD, 1.05gz AMD processor, 256kb L2 on board cache, 767mb sdram, ECS k7s5a MB. Once the encoding finishes and it begins the burn process (NERO) it freezes up. I wind up having to reboot the computer and I can load the file from the hard drive and it burns fine. I have even tried to just encode the movie to the hard drive first and then burn it but the same problem occurs. I can't even use DVD Xcopy Xpress because of this issue. I slowed the burn speed down to 2x and that doesn't solve anything. Why is the program freezing up between encoding and burning?
