when i try to back up a disk to my hard drive i get an error message"DVD SHRINK encountered an error and cannot continue,programing error-exception occured, the handle is invalid"i haven't run into this one before. thanks for the help.
what happened was i started by using dvd shrink ,which i've never had a problem with before,nut with this movie i get this error.i' then used dvd decriptorand tried to burn through it but cant figure something out i guess.
