Song jumbled on burned cd

Hi, I'm a newbie. I have some cd's I've burned and they mostly play fine. Except for a few songs that play the end of song first then a gap then small part of another section of song then gap..... and this continues until end of track. So I end up with garbage for this song. I'v visted alot of web sites and formums and have found nothing that mentions this problem. I hope you all can help me as you have so many others.

I have tried Roxio Easy Cd creator that came with new computers and from windows media player.

And no I do nothing on pc while burning And burn at 8x.

Yes the songs play great on pc. They are mp3 files. I've noticed that this happens mostly with some of the newer songs.

Well, a good way to start troubleshooting is to try a better software than Easy CD.
