Hi. I'm a new member to the burning world. I use DVD shrink, and DVD decryptor to copy movies. They both work great. I have one problem. When I play the burnt copy, I get pixels appearing. It isn't all the time, but they show up about ever 10 - 15 min. Those anyone have a solution to this problem. I was wondering if it was my dvd player or the media disks that I'm using.
In order to make good vidio backups you have to use good quality media. This guide is a little out of date but is still faily accurate. http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm Here's a little proggy (free) that will give you the MID (manufacturer ID) code of your media.
