I have X Copy Xpress ver. 3.0.4. It will identify and copy the DVD to the temp file on the hard drive but does not recognize the blank disc when inserted (drive E. I have other DVD burning software plus CD burning software installed. Could one of the programs lock the drive? Also, after copying and ejecting the DVD to be copied, and a blank disc DVD inserted, Windows Explorer still says the title of the DVD just copied instead of a identifying a blank disc.
