DVD X Platinum 3.1.1 Problem

    I bought the program and it copies the dvd...but when prompted to put in blank dvd it does not recogonize the blank dvd i insert, the green light never comes on...can anyone help?

    First problem is you have an older ver. of Xcopy.Second problem Xcopy is outdated even when upgraded to newest ver.Check out DVD Decdtpter and DVD Shrink both are available here in the software section.There are also plenty of guides available on how to use these programs. Here are a couple to start with there are plenty more

    Check you media ... make sure your using the right format for your burner.
