I am new to burning DVDs and presently use DVD X copy for this purpose. I was copying a DVD and succeeded in copying the first half of the DVD on to the first disk but I cannot continue with the second disk as the burn has failed with the message 'Gearworks DISKINFO request failed'. After going into the 'help' menu I went in to 'Advanced Options' then clicked on 'External Nero Program' and then clicked to 'Skip directly to Disk 2'. This resulted in the burn failing again with the message 'Cant initialize DVD Burning Library. How can I proceed and what do I need to do? Can anyone help?
