   Does the ILO DVDR04 have a built in TV tuner? I want to use the DVD recorder as a replacement for a VCR that is used to record off the air television for later viewing?

   Yes it does. But be aware that it is mono. If you want stereo use your VCR tuner through the AV1 input on the ilo to record TV.
