    Hello,

I have captured my video from my camcorder and now have a great mpg backup. There are a few parts that have some 'adult situations' in it and was wondering how I could blur certain parts of the video. It is basically people in the background doing certain things that my grandmother wouldn't like. I figured I could maybe blur areas out.

Any idea if it is possible with WinDVD Creator 2?

    Thanks

    Hey fjacky,

I doubt that WinDVD Creator could do this, but it does have Frame-by-Frame editing...so maybe. You could definitely blur the entire frame...but doing bluring for small areas is different.

Typically only the high end video authoring programs can. I THINK the latest Pinnacle Studio can...version 9. Not sure about other programs.

    Adder.
