dvd x copy xpress help!

could someone please help me? I have a copy of the dvd x copy xpress and recently had to reload it on my computer because of a huge mistake on my part, well now it calls for a lisc. id. and password which I do not have or if i did i would not know where to find them? I bought my computer last year thru hsn. shopping network and they sent it through tigerdirect.com well I have call everyone and anyone but, no one can help me, do you have any suggestions? also, I'm not all that bright when it comes to computers anyway. atleast I'm honest. thank you very much any help or advise is better than none!!
