ok i instaled the firmware but where it tells me to eneable the plugins i dont see those plugins when i click plugins on the recovery thing "
thats because you have to install them google these files
usbmount_vsh.prx
usbmount_game.prx
usbhostfs.prx
download these to a folder called seplugins then put it on the root of ur mem stick next creat two text files one called game.txt and vsh.txt add these to the folder and edit the game.txt file to say this and save
ms0:/seplugins/usbhostfs.prx
ms0:/seplugins/usbmount_vsh.prx there now save everything and restart into recovery menu
P.S. i have made a video on how to update to custom 3.52 m33 -4 from 3.52 m33 make sure you do this be4 updatein to 3.71 m33 or you brick ur psp here the link

Ok, at first i read this (awesome!) guide step by step, letter by letter, then proceeded to get into actually doing it. Well, it didn't work, i got stuck in step 18, because although the red-blue menu thing showed that the cable was 'connected', apparently my PSP didnt have connection to PSPHost.
Well, I had messed up a bit with the app Extreme Link 1.4 and remembered it had an option to install 'Type B' drivers, i did that, then went through the steps again, an voila!! it worked!!}
Anyways, double click the Extreme Link isntaller http://www.psp-hacks.com/2007/01/23/extreme-link-v140-released/ then there are like 5-6 options, one of them says 'Install USB Type B' driver (or something along those lines), you do that, then reboot. Then when you plug your PSP, windows will recognize it as 'PSP Type B' (IIRC), select install driver manually, go to the 'drivers' folder included with PSPHost, select the .inf file, install the driver and that's it!
PD: Please excuse my english redaction skills, but it is not my main language.
@ThisDude: you should add a link to Extreme Link in your guide, i think that's the easiest way to install this Type B drivers.
