I recently purchased this product from jambalya..installed it and shortly afterwards my computer had a catastrophic failure. I had to install a new operating system..I go to reinstall this program however I get a wndow poping up that says I must download a patch at dvdxcopycom. However I try but I now get another window that either states "a share violation" or that it can't find the dll directory..Jambalya is not supporting this...any ideas
