IEEE 1394 port to s-video

    HI all,

    i have a question. i new all this technology. i was wondering if it is possible to connect a tv with s-video to pc with IEEE 1394 ports. the computer doesnt have s-video port.

    hi. I'm a newbie too, but I am pretty sure that your computer does not output video through its firewire port. Is this a laptop or a desktop? If it's a desktop, you need to get a video card with s-video outputs. I hope this helps.

    thanks, yeah i figured as much and decided to get grandtect pc to video cable and it works great.
