If your looking for a cell phone with unlimited calls anywhere in the world for free.. I recomend you go to mexico city in the electronic distric and get your self hooked up the hook is it costs 100$ for a month

Whoa! Wait... You can purchase SIM cards that will allow you to have service without a carrier? How does this work and where would I find one. All information would be helpful!

Why pay 100 bucks a month to get "free" service anywhere in the world? Its not free since you are constantly paying every month.
