How do you compress VOB files

Site update - March 16th 2010

AfterDawn.com has been updated! In addition to renewing the layout of the site we have also speeded up things considerably. The new version has been tested on our Finnish site for several months, and during the testing we have managed to improve the new version even further.

Could any one tell me how to compress VOB files. I am using IfoEdit to make all my vob files into one big one. I have ripped The Mummy Returns and I also want to burn this giant VOB and also a small IFO file on a DVD-R so i can watch it on a standalone DVD player.
