    It was sent to me free. Was it just for a trial period? Do I even need it to burn?

    That would be my guess, that its a trial download.
    You can rip with dvd shrink, and then burn with dvd decrypter to make your movie back up process 100% free

    I have been having a lot of problems with burning I changed media and have had great results I thought it was cause of nero How do I get movies off of my hdd? I cant figure out how to put file were it says file name? thank You
