Dvd burner wont finalize dvds

    Ive been trying to burn a dvd and I have tried 2 different programs, but when its done burning and trys to finalize the program says there is something wrong. could this be a problem with my burner?

    are we talking about a computer setup or a stand alone dvd recorder???????????

    give more imformation we'll then try to asst. you man

    sounds like a stand alone recorder???????????

    its a pioneed dvd-rw that in my laptop....its been working fine but today i tired to burn something and it wouldnt finalize
