If you have one with a stereo tuner (either with or without a HD) let us know. Some recorders seem to have all kinds of great features, then go ahead and stick in a mono tuner!!!

All Philips/Magnavox DVDRs are stereo. Aspire, LiteOn (and probably ILO) and Balance are using mono tuners.

Thanks for the info Jim. The specs on the LiteOn site say the LVW5045 has a stereo tuner. Can anyone who has one confirm this? There must be some others as well I would think.

I know that the LiteOn 5001 and 5005 have mono tuners. I can't speak for the newest models of Lite On.

I would think the higher priced models would include the
stereo tuner as standard. Strange when you figure any
cheap VCR usually has one these days.
