Tmpgenc - Audio but no video

Tmpgenc, the problem Im having is that its converting the audio but not the video, its just a blank screen. Ive already set the direct show multimedia file reader the higest priority as the problem i was having before this was when i tried to open the file in tmpgenc it kept saying cannot not open file, file is unsupported so I installed divx. Before I installed dixv the file would play in real player and media. Now since I have divx the file only plays in that.
