I downloaded the NERO software but evertime I try to copy the DVD I am asked for the NEO serial number. Has anyone else had this problem?
You have to purchase the serial # from Nero--Unless you downloaded the trial version which is free for 30 days--in which case you just ignore the request and start the software(I think) But, I do know that you can download the trial version for 30 days--I believe even on this site--if not--then on the Nero website.
The way I see it is, if you have a CD/DVD burner installed with an OEM version of N/nero then you are allowed to burn within the paramiters of that OEM. The monthly Free update, is that, and No more; like all good sales tecniques, it shows, what you've got, and for a few pennys' more... you could Possess/Have/Own..Ambrosia!
